Emotional Wellbeing Conference for Schools

The 2016 Emotional Wellbeing in Schools Conference is being delivered by Buckinghamshire County Council’s Public Health team, in partnership with other Buckinghamshire County Council Teams, CAMHS, Schools and BHT, with a particular emphasis on mental health.

The conference aims to:

Raise: awareness of services and resources to promote mental health & wellbeing of children and young people.

Provide: an opportunity for professionals to network and share best practice for promoting mental health & wellbeing in schools.

Enhance: attendees’ knowledge, skills and confidence to promote mental health & wellbeing in schools

Workshops Topics include:   Restorative Language | Functional Behaviour Analysis | Tackling Sexting in Schools| Cognitive Behaviour Therapy| Helping Children and Young People Talk About Mental Health| Whole School Approach
